At Sayantika In Services, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds on our services.
Refunds are considered in the following cases: service was not performed as agreed, same issue recurs within the warranty period and cannot be resolved, technician caused damage to the appliance.
AMC plans are refundable on a pro-rata basis if cancelled within 30 days. After 30 days, refunds are calculated based on unused service visits minus administrative fees.
Visit charges, diagnostic fees, and spare parts already installed are non-refundable unless the repair failed due to our negligence.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
